Understanding Hotel’ S Buffet Restaurant Assurance After Covid-19: A Case of Thailand

Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine tourist expectations and perceptions hotel’s buffet restaurant assurance obtain an overall understanding after COVID-19 situation. Theoretical framework: concept SERVQUAL, particularly dimension, employed assurance. expects expand the literature in area service quality Design/methodology/approach: questionnaire survey collect data from 384 participants through a convenience sampling method. Factor analysis t-test are used analyse data. Findings: results indicate that there two factors associated with assurance, they identified as: 1) employee courtesy, knowledge, confidence 2) sanitary environment. Both related common new attributes services. Practical & Social implications: stuyd has expanded knowledge based on current Assurance key element several models assess quality. finding helps update as well assists managers thoroughly understand tourists’ trust when dining hotel restaurants. Originality: value identfication This initial integrate normal services into restaurant’s by examining situation (after COVID-19).
